  • I have issues with ordering this product?
  • What does Used mean?
    • Used is term we use for LEGO to indicate that this part does not come directly from a sealed set but was purchased through a flee market. We do wash the products after receiving them and do some quality to control to ensure these minifigures and bricks are in an optimal shape.
  • What are graded cards?
    • In Trading Card Games packs are opened and have very beautiful artwork. Some people want to know the quality of this print and card and there you have many different companies that have grading services to determine the quality of the card. Well known grading services are PSA and CGC.

Payment

  • How do you I pay for my order?
    • During checkout you can chose Paypal, Stripe or Wire Transfer to pay by bank with QR or Payconiq.

We ship with different providers and we try our best to ensure a safe and quickly delivery. We calculate shipping cost depending on the price at checkout because we always insure our shipments so when something goes wrong, we got your back!

Without any reason you can return the goods to us until 14 days after receiving your order. You have after cancellation another 14 days to return your product. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited if you return the entire order. Should you return a part of the order, we will only credit the subtotal of the products excluding shipping costs. The cost of returning your home to the store is at your own expense. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging will be returned to nerdgeek. To exercise this right, please contact us:

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in the value of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning.

Agreement

Teacoder BV accepts orders via www.nerdgeek.store. After the confirmation via email, your order is complete. The terms and conditions are effective as soon as this email has been sent to the mailbox provided by you. The agreement is considered to be concluded in Belgium. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason. Deliveries will only be sent to addresses in accordings with our Shipping Policy. Orders are processed in order of receipt and delivered while supplies last.

Payment

Orders must be paid in advance via Payconiq, bank transfer or online in accordance with our policies. If you pay by bank transfer, you will need to transfer the amount due to our bank account IBAN BE75 0689 3282 2351, BIC GKCCBEBB mentioning the order number. Shipping will only take place after the full amount, according to the confirmation via email, has been received on our account. We confirm the payment within 2 working days after receipt.

Details and validation of online payment

For online payment, we partner with PayPal and Stripe to ensure the security of the online transaction. The card information is processed via an SSL (secured socket layer) connection. However, we are not liable for misuse of this data by third parties. If your payment is refused by your bank/financial institution, the order will be delayed. Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any delays in delivery/non-delivery in case of refusal. Indeed, all cardholders are subject to validation and approval by the payment card issuer.

Prices

All prices listed on the site include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. The total price is mentioned in your order confirmation. The price of items and shipping are listed separately. We strive to carefully check and update all information on the website. Prices may change at any time. Price changes do not apply to amounts due for confirmed orders (orders for which a confirmation email has already been sent). We are not obliged to deliver orders placed on the basis of incorrect information on the website or in the case of obvious mispricing.

Shipment

The method of delivery is determined solely by us. We ship the products via Bpost, Mondial Relay or UPS. The packages are delivered by us to a pickup point and normally delivered the following day. You will receive the products within the few business days after your order and payment. You will find an indicative delivery time in our Shipping Policy. We are in no way liable if deliveries are not made within the predetermined time frame. Exceeding the delivery time and/or exceeding the deadline of 30 days after placing the order does not automatically put us in default.

Offer of shipment

The parcel is delivered within 4 working days after payment. If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, you will receive a bill from the shipping partner with information on when a 2nd delivery attempt will follow or where you can possibly pick up the package yourself. We take care of the packaging and protection of our items. If you have any complaints about the state in which the goods are delivered, you must report this by e-mail at info@nerdgeek.store at the latest within two working days after receipt of the goods.

Faulty inventory and quality control

Normally all products are in stock at the time you place your order, except for preorders. In the exceptional case that a product cannot be delivered, due to an error in our stock or if the product appears damaged after a quality control, we will contact you immediately. You can then choose to have your order delivered as soon as the products are back in stock or cancel your order. If you cancel the order, you will be refunded within a maximum of 5 working days to an account number of your choice, provided that the delivery of the order has not yet started.

Damage

We are not liable for any damage you or a third party suffers as a result of using an article supplied by us. Nor can we be held liable if an article does not match your expectations after you have used it. If an article is incomplete or appears damaged within 14 working days after delivery, you must clearly formulate your complaint via email at info@nerdgeek.store. To the extent possible, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. Under no circumstances will your direct or indirect costs and damages automatically qualify for any compensation. In the case of missing parts, you must contact the manufacturer directly yourself to obtain or replace the missing pieces. We are not liable for manufacturing defects. All sealed products come directly from the manufacturer or official distributor.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal information, as provided by you on the website, will only be used to process your order, event invitations or other services. We also use cookies to enhance the experience, please check our Cookie Policy.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase. This means that we can never be bound to accept claims for any goodwill, loss of profits or any other consequential damages.

Applicable law & competent courts

Belgian law shall apply. All disputes relating to a sale and purchase agreement to which these general conditions of sale apply shall be dealt with exclusively by the courts of Aalst.

Intellectual property

Our website, logos, texts, photos, names and in general all of our communications are protected by intellectual property rights that belong either to us or to our suppliers or other right holders. You are prohibited from using and/or modifying the intellectual property rights described in this article. For example, you may not copy or reproduce drawings, photos names, texts, logos color combination, etc ... without our prior and express written consent.

Complaint handling and disputes

Of course, we always hope that all our customers are 100% satisfied. Should you have any complaints about our services, please contact us at info@nerdgeek.store. We will do our utmost to handle your complaint within 7 days. All agreements that we conclude with our customers, regardless of their place of residence, are governed exclusively by Belgian law and only the competent Belgian courts have jurisdiction in the event of disputes. If, for reasons of international law, a different law is applicable, the Belgian Law on Market Practices and Consumer Protection will be the primary reference for the interpretation of these general terms and conditions.


Preorders

In case of preorders, different condition are maintained. These are described in this section. Many of our products are offered on pre-order at very competitive prices. Often this is because this is done on the basis of a "Release" or announced "Restock". These pre-orders should be paid at least and no later than 7 days before the announced release date. This release date is given as an indication of when you will be able to receive the product but can be set at a different date at any time. Preorders should be confirmed at least and no later than 9 days before the announced release.

Not sealed items

In case of opened/not sealed products, different condition are maintained. These are described in this section. Many of our products are offered opened due to customers looking for specific items, such as bricks, (graded) cards and minifigures. We offer them as such and mark their quality appropiatly. If needed we can provide any pictures of the product before shipment. Opened product should be in a mint to near mint condition and should not have any damage larger than 0,02 m. For graded items, after the pre-grading report is delivered, no revocation can take place even if the customer does not agree with the content of the delivered report.

Events & Tickets

In case of events and tickets, different condition are maintained. Participation into events is voluntarily and tickets can be bought online. When an event is cancelled, you will get a refund within 14 days after cancellation. If you do not received your refund after 30 days, feel free to contact us at info@nerdgeek.store. Up until 7 calendar days before the event start you can ask for a full refund of your ticket through info@nerdgeek.store. 7 days before the start of the event, a full or partial refund cannot be guaruanteed due to the limited spots we offer.

Loyality Points

We offer loyality points with every purchase. 1 point for each euro spent, which can be used to buy any of the gifts we provide. This cannot be exchanged to monetary value and can only be used on www.nerdgeek.store . They become expired after 6 months. We have the right to change any of the points earned. In the case of a complaint or revocation, we will not refund the loyalty points you have already redeemed. Gift cannot be returned.

Translations

For translations we use the help of translation tools, therefore some translations might not be consistent, including our conditions and terms. Please refer to the original Dutch documentation for the exact wording.
